Kim is a Coach who is also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and trained in systems psychology. Kim has worked with over 200 clients, worked in 3 startups, in both San Francisco and Las Vegas, and is married to a serial entrepreneur.
She’s passionate about helping entrepreneurs and individuals thrive in healthy relationships within their company and outside, become great leaders, and be more true to themselves. It is true when you are able to work through and become aware of your strengths and your stumbling blocks, you can build more successful companies and strong healthy relationships. Kim is also passionate about emotion and what it means to be real within a world that asks you to be “on” all the time. Being real also means being honest about depression, anxiety, loneliness, and fears that everyone faces at different times in this life. She is also working hard to stifle the stigma of this, especially within the startup culture.
Kim’s coaching is informed by research-based theories, including; positive psychology, systems, and empirically based interventions. She is continually studying human behavior, relationships, and entrepreneurship.
